This ensures your Fill2Flow™ Method journey is always on your terms.

Conversation Transcripts & Prompts: The text or voice inputs you provide to the AI, and the AI's responses. This includes reflections shared during the "Fill" phase of the Fill2Flow™ Method.

Feedback & Ratings: Any explicit feedback or ratings you provide on AI responses or assistance.

FIDT & Niche Data: Information related to your identified Fan Identity Types (FIDTs) and defined Niche, as you interact with the AI-powered FIDT Framework.
Optional Personal/Program Data: Any additional personal or program-specific data you voluntarily share with the AI for personalized assistance (e.g., details about your Branded Creator Program, FanAsset Portfolio goals).

4. Purpose of Data Use: Amplifying Your Impact & Integrity
The data collected through your AI interactions is used to:

Enhance AI Performance: Continuously improve the quality, responsiveness, and intelligence of Fidtsai and other AI-Companions for all Creator_Fans.
Personalize Your Journey: Customize recommendations, insights, and assistance based on your unique FIDTs, interests, and FanAsset Portfolio goals, maintaining context over time.
Refine FanAsset Creation: Guide the creation of optimal FanAssets that genuinely Uplift, Heal, and Inspire, aligning with your purpose.
Improve Model Training: Contribute to the ongoing training of our AI models. This data is primarily used in anonymized and aggregated formats with stringent safeguards. Sensitive personal data is never used for training purposes without your additional, explicit consent.
Ensure Platform Integrity: Aid in the detection and prevention of misuse, fraud, and malicious activity, contributing to a trustworthy ecosystem for all Creator_Fans and Brands.

Platform Controls: Our platform will provide accessible controls within your Creator_Fan Dashboard to manage your AI interaction data and preferences.

7. Transparency & AI-Human Collaboration
Each AI-Companion includes a clear notice that interactions are AI-generated and may be recorded for service improvement, compliance, and to enhance your FanAsset creation journey. You are never required to share private or financial data unless you choose to do so for personalized assistance or specific program participation. We believe in AI-human collaboration, where our AI empowers your unique voice, not replaces it.
